That Bill No. 9, be enacted as a By-law of the County of Simcoe.

That the March 8, 2022 meeting of County Council be adjourned at 9:15 a.m.

That the agenda for the March 8, 2022 meeting of the Committee of the Whole, be approved.

That the following Consent Items, having been given due consideration, be received:

That Item CCW 2022-076, dated March 8, 2022, regarding Georgian Manor Long-Term Care Home Bed Expansion, be received; and That subject to provincial funding, that staff construct 16 new long- term care beds at Georgian Manor; and That subject to provincial approval and operational funding, that a regional Behaviour Support Transition Unit (BSTU) be established and operated.

That the following Consent Items, having been given due consideration, be received: Page 15 of 26

That Item CCW 2022-085, dated March 8, 2022 regarding Request for Approval of Township of Essa Official Plan Amendment No. 38, be received; and That the Official Plan Amendment No. 38 to the Township of Essa Official Plan, as adopted by the Township of Essa By-law No. 2021- 52, be approved as per Schedule 1 to Item CCW 2022-085 dated March 8, 2022; Page 16 of 26 That Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 38 to the Township of Essa Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

That direction in camera contained within Confidential Item CCW 2022-088, dated March 8, 2022, regarding information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them, be voted upon and approved in accordance with section 239(6)(b) of the Municipal Act, as amended; and That the County of Simcoe enter into a contribution agreement as generally outlined in the subject Item.

That Item EDS 2022-067 dated March 8, 2022, regarding an update on workforce development, attraction and retention initiatives being supported by the County of Simcoe Economic Development Office, be received.

That Item EDS 2022-068, regarding the economic impact of cycling in Simcoe County in 2021, dated March 8, 2022, be received.

That Item EDS 2022-072 dated March 8, 2022 regarding the 2022 In-Market Support Special Project Fund, be received; and That subject to review and deliberations in the affirmative, that funding be allocated to successful applicants, as generally outlined in Item EDS 2022-072.

That the March 8, 2022 meeting of the Economic Development Sub- Committee be adjourned at 10:09 a.m.
