That Item CCW 2021-286, dated September 14, 2021 regarding the collection contract / cart implementation update, be received; and That Staff provide a detailed report which includes pricing and production schedule for an October workshop discussion seeking further directions with respect to earlier than anticipated consideration (prior to the planned pilot user survey results) of cart size exchanges for certain collection locations.

That Bills No. 43, 44, and 45, be enacted as By-laws of the County of Simcoe.

That the following Consent Agenda Items, having been given due consideration, be received:

That Item CCW 2021-268, dated September 28, 2021, regarding a request for an exemption to Forest Conservation By-law 6894, be received; and That County Council grant an exemption to allow the removal of 3.6 hectares (8.9 acres) of woodlands at 2907 Line 5, Township of Ramara, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item CCW 2021-268.

That Official Plan Amendment No. 22 to the Township of Clearview Official Plan, as adopted by the Township of Clearview By-law 21- 72, as per Schedule 2 to Item CCW2021-302 dated September 28, 2021, be approved; and That the Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 22 to the Township of Clearview Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

That Item CCW 2021-313, dated September 28, 2021, regarding the proposed infrastructure improvements planned for the Interchange located at Highway 11 and County Road 93, be received; and That a by-law be presented to authorize staff to enter into a MOU with the Ministry of Transportation for an expanded bridge structure interchange improvements at Highway 11 at the intersection with Simcoe County Road 93 in Crown Hill.

That Committee of the Whole resolve into Closed Session at 10:04 a.m. under authority of the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2)(c), a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; and 239 (2)(e), litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.

The direction In Camera regarding Confidential Item CCW 2021-303 dated September 28, 2021, regarding a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land, be approved and voted upon in accordance with Section 239(6)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended.
