That Item CCW 2021-191, dated May 11, 2021, regarding the results of the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership’s 2021 #ITSTARTS campaign, be received.

That Item CCW 2021-188 dated May 11, 2021, regarding Georgian Village HVAC Emergency Repairs, be received; and That the emergency HVAC repairs at Georgian Village be funded from the Georgian Village Life Lease Suites Operating / Capital Reserve and from the Homes Contingency Reserve, as outlined in this Item CCW 2021-188.

That the following Consent Item, having been given due consideration, be received:

That Official Plan Amendment No. 15 to the Township of Adjala- Tosorontio Official Plan, as adopted by Township of Adjala-Tosorontio By-law 13-24, as modified by Schedule 1 to Item CCW-2021-145 dated May 11, 2021, be approved; and That Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 15 to the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

That Item CCW 2021-159, dated May 11, 2021, regarding a governance agreement for the joint Transit Procurement Initiative (TPI) facilitated by Metrolinx, be received; and That the necessary by-law be presented to County Council to authorize the Warden and County Clerk to re-enter 2019-24 Metrolinx TPI – Governance Agreement for 2019-2024, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item CCW 2021 159.

That direction in camera regarding Confidential Item CCW 2021-158, dated May 11, 2021, regarding a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board, be approved and voted upon and in accordance with Section 239 (6)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended.

That Item CCW 2021-177, dated May 11, 2021, regarding a Tourism Simcoe County update, be received.

That the May 11, 2021 meeting of the Economic Development Sub- Committee be adjourned at 10:26 a.m.

That the agenda for the May 17, 2021, meeting of the Striking Committee, be approved.

That Item STR 2021-162, dated May 17, 2021, regarding the Simcoe County Housing Corporation Board Vacancy, be received; and That subject to deliberations in the affirmative, that Councillor Jane Dunlop be appointed to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation Board for the remainder of the term of office, or until a successor is appointed.
